This rack is halfway between a normal Porteur Rack and a handlebar bag rack. It is large enough to work with my messenger bag (as shown in the small photo) but it also works with my handlebar bag. The decaleur is built into the rack. I had to change from my original plan of having the decaleur at 73 degrees (to match the head tube angle) because it the stem got in the way.
