A prototype rack for Rory's new handlebar bag system. The bag is secured using Ortlieb pannier hooks. The rack is a larger than a normal handlebar bag rack because it has to be longer than the bag, but the weight is still reasonable at 230 grams.
The rack is primarily 1/4 x 0.028" tubing with 5/16 x 0.028" where the pannier hooks are mounted.

The rack is done. It is an inverse triangle, about 7" wide at the front, 3" wide at the rear, and 9" long.
