AlexAndChristine > Just before starting the demolition.
AlexAndChristine > Most cabinets are gone
AlexAndChristine > This is where the fridge used to be. You can see the wall hiding the chimney on the right.
AlexAndChristine > New electrical subpanel for the kitchen. I (Alex) rewired everything going into the kitchen and ran it to this subpanel. The old wiring was a mess and had many code violations.
AlexAndChristine > The kitchen is empty and ready for the contractors.
AlexAndChristine > The first bits of the chimney are exposed.
AlexAndChristine > We come home from work and the chimney is gone.
AlexAndChristine > You can see right into the basement
AlexAndChristine > They've started framing in the new ceiling too.
