A prototype rack for Rory's new handlebar bag system. The bag is secured using Ortlieb pannier hooks. The rack is a larger than a normal handlebar bag rack because it has to be longer than the bag, but the weight is still reasonable at 230 grams.
The rack is primarily 1/4 x 0.028" tubing with 5/16 x 0.028" where the pannier hooks are mounted.

Here you can see how the Ortlieb hooks mount to the rack. They'll be installed onto the bag. A third hook will go in the rear.
