The rear dummy axle assembly allows the axle to be removed quickly.
This scale is used to measure BB drop.  Right now it is at 74mm.
This is setting the X distance from the BB to the head tube.  The scribed mark in the middle of the ink is centered with the BB.
This is the bottom of the head tube adjuster plate.  That scribed mark is centered under the lower head tube cone.
The lower head tube is setup be parallel with these marks right on the pivot
The chainstay length is easy to read directly.
The rear tower assembly.  Using 80/20 1530 extrusion here saved me from drilling very long holes for the locking levers.  It is much easier to make the little end caps.
The whole fixture.
The STA tower assembly pivots around the BB shell (so adjusting the STA angle does not move the BB shell).  The 3 outer handles move this assembly left and right, the one in the slot is for adjusting the seat tube angle.  There is a scale for reading off the seat tube angle on the other side.
